Weigh-in will be in Friday 29th @10am – 11am & 5pm – 6pm.

Venue: Southside Barbell Limerick.

Lifting categories: SBD = Powerlifting, B = Benchpress single-lift, D = Deadlift single-lifts.

Please note all lifters must be members of the IPO AIPO Ireland to lift. Lifters lifting for the first time can become a member by fill in the 2025 membership form. New members will carry over till December 2025. Membership runs by the calendar year January to December 31st.
