LIFTING SCHEDULE

Flight A ( Raw Classic Open )  Squat = 2.00pm – Benchpress = 3.45pm – Deadlift = 5.00pm

Flight B ( Equipped Open )  Squat = 2.45pm – Benchpress = 4.20pm – Deadlift 5.40pm

WEIGH-INS = Friday 20th – At venue 2.00pm – 4.00pm

RAW CLASSIC ( Male Open ) IPO Members National lifters only!
EQUIPPED ( Male Open ) Open to all international lifters.

PRIZE’S In the male ( Raw Classic ) open category there will be one belt for the overall champion. In each weight division there will be medals for top 3 places per standard powerlifting competition rules!

In the male ( Equipped ) open category there will be a belt and cash prize for the overall Champion! In each weight division there will be medals for top 3 places per standard powerlifting competition rules!

Spots are limited and go to those who enter first. All lifters must have the required qualifying Glossbrenner points!

Here are the 2026 Qualification Glossbrenner points:

Male Classic Raw – = 450 points.

Male Equipped = 475 points.

Age coefficients may be used to make up the required qualifying points for teenagers junior and master lifters.

All lifters entered will have their glossbrenner points checked. If a lifter fails to have the points his or her entry will be returned.
