SINGLE-LIFTS BENCHPRESS ONLY AND DEADLIFT ONLY: SINGLE-PLY AND MULTIPLY: MALE AND FEMALE – All ages and weight classes.

Weigh-in Schedule
Weigh-ins will take place at the venue the Castletroy Park Hotel.

ID passport or driver license must be shown at weigh-in under no circumstances will any lifter be permitted to weigh-in without official ID.
Under no circumstances will any lifter be allowed weigh-in on the day lift.

DAY 2 – Tuesday’s Lifters

• Weigh-in: Monday, 26th
  • Morning Session: 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM
  • Evening Session: 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM

Awards ceremony will take place at the end of each day’s lifting session.
