DESCRIPTION:PLEASE NOTE FIRST ENTRY WILL COST €100.00.\nWeigh-in will be in Friday 29th @10am – 11am & 5pm – 6pm. \nVenue: Southside Barbell Limerick. \nLifting categories: SBD = Powerlifting\, B = Benchpress single-lift\, D = Deadlift single-lifts. \nPlease note all lifters must be members of the IPO AIPO Ireland to lift. Lifters lifting for the first time can become a member by fill in the 2025 membership form. New members will carry over till December 2025. Membership runs by the calendar year January to December 31st. \n*A EUR 4.00 card processing fee is included on each ticket.
